Program Fees

The South Dakota Certified Enrolled Cattle™ Program Fees are in the form of application fees, enrollment fees and transfer fees.

License Fee
The license fee is $100 and is to be paid at the time of submitting the Application Form. This is an annual fee that will be charged to the producer’s account upon the receipt and approval of each year’s renewal form.

Enrollment Fee
The enrollment fee is $0.50 per head. This fee will be charged to the enrolling producer’s account upon the completion of the enrollment of the cattle.

Transfer Fee
The transfer fee is $0.50 per head. This fee will be billed to the person accepting physical possession of the cattle.
